The hotel is conveniently located for our needs, near Sanford and within 20 minutes of Wells Beach and Maine Turnpike. The rooms, though slightly dated, are clean but small. The service was lacking, as the only staff member was not very friendly and even blamed my daughter for the heating issue. The breakfast was typical continental fare, but the price was more favorable compared to other options. The motel front location was what we desired.
